How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and specialized insulated liners for all shipments. Our logistics partners are briefed on handling perishable goods to ensure your beer arrives as fresh as it left the brewery.
What is your return policy for alcoholic beverages?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or beverage items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, or legal drinking age in your country). The courier will check a valid government-issued ID before releasing the package.
Which payment methods do you accept?
